Thermo Scientific PRISM 16mm Pharmaceutical Twin Screw Granulator manufactured according to GMP, with process lengths of 25:1 and 40:1 L/D, for continuous granulation of pharmaceutical products at rates up to 5 kg/hr complete with :
- variable speed digital servo drive system 0-500 rpm, 1.25 kW -heat and cool temperature control up to 100°C.
- horizontally split barrels, in X15TN surgical grade stainless steel, with top half lifting upwards .
- set of shafts fully configured with suitable agitator configuration in X15TN surgical grade stainless steel.
- main feed port, plus additional multi-purpose top feed/vent/injection ports.
- atmospheric vent adaptor.
